Britt Olson is an IIN Certified Health Coach, speaker, podcast host, and expert in holistic wellness. Through her continuous passion for helping others find their true potential she’s helped so many people shed both physical and emotional weight with her straightforward yet supportive coaching style.

Host of lifestyle podcast, Loving Your Own Soul she delivers authentic conversations in the areas of health and wellness, self-expression, and culture.

My Story

Britt’s holistic approach to health and wellness focuses on not only what’s going into the body, but on all areas of life including stress, sleep, mental health and emotions, and the effect those have on one’s eating habits and overall well-being. Formerly carrying a falsified definition of ‘health,’ Britt struggled with body acceptance, binge eating, weight gain, cystic acne, burnout, anxiety, and digestion issues. She finally got off this roller coaster when she trusted her intuition to finally stop searching for external gratifications and focused within. 

She is a Certified Health Coach from the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Britt has since been able to channel her passion for food, cooking, mindfulness, and spirituality into healthy lifestyle tools that have helped her and many others through her coaching practice; lose weight, clear up acne, fix digestion, reverse disease, reduce stress, gain energy, remain mentally focused and end all bad habits for good.

Always carrying a passion for the areas of health and wellness, Britt became motivated to fix the missing link between traditional and alternative medicine practices when her husband, Dan, almost lost his life to a severe chronic illness in September 2018. Thanks to his doctors, Dan is still standing by Britt’s side to this day, but it wasn’t until he surrendered to her holistic recovery plan that he was able to witness a healthy rise and stabilization of his levels, lose the weight gained from prescription medications, change his lifestyle, and feel the best he’s ever felt, amidst a life-long chronic diagnosis. 

Continuing her passion for helping others reach their true potential, Britt later partnered with her friend, Chelsea Harris, to bring a women’s self-care service into the world in January of 2019.

Together they launched Daffy, Do A Favor For Yourself, to help women from all walks of life learn practical tools to better manage their inner wellness through every phase of life. Learn more about Daffy and download your

Currently living a “life outside the city” and channeling her inner Gabby Bernstein, Britt currently resides in Winter Haven, FL with her husband and Aussie Labradoodle Moka with a K. She has spent nearly a decade working in events, marketing, and nonprofit strategy, and would be happy to consult with you on any questions or business inspiration for your next endeavor too. A lover of all things in life Britt can typically be found down by the water worshiping the sun, traveling, creating new recipes and jamming out in the kitchen or spending time outdoors practicing yoga, surfing, or simply walking in nature.
